As women move through the transitions of puberty, fertile years, and perimenopause/menopause, specific herbs and lifestyle recommendations can be a big help for overall health. Krista Dawn Poulton, an experienced herbalist and teacher of herbalism, will discuss these recommendations as well as some of the specific conditions women face during these transitions. Those that will be presented in detail include painful menstruation, hormonal acne, mood irregularity, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fibroids, endometriosis, and infertility.
