Description
As women move through the transitions of puberty, fertile years, and perimenopause/menopause, specific herbs and lifestyle recommendations can be a big help for overall health. Krista Dawn Poulton, an experienced herbalist and teacher of herbalism, will discuss these recommendations as well as some of the specific conditions women face during these transitions. Those that will be presented in detail include painful menstruation, hormonal acne, mood irregularity, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fibroids, endometriosis, and infertility.
This class is ideal for the general public, but self-studied herbalists will be sure to gain a wealth of knowledge too! The videos for this course were filmed at Ravenhill Herb Farm in Victoria BC.
